The support team here is just fantastic! They're super friendly and really helpful. I recently purchased a motherboard and ran into some trouble getting my PC to post. I returned the motherboard to them, and they tested it out for me. When it came back, I received a call from the technician who dedicated hours to help me troubleshoot every single component. He even assisted me with installations and booting, and we finally got it up and running. Overall, it was an absolutely awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be recommending PC upgrades to anyone looking to build a computer.

I ordered a CPU that had a stock problem, but while I was chatting on the phone, Stu provided me with a ton of helpful advice. He suspects the issue might actually be with the GPU instead of the CPU. I’ll definitely be going over all his suggestions, and if he’s right, I’ll happily return to PC Upgrade to grab that GPU upgrade!

They promote a real Dell power adapter, show a pic of the actual Dell adapter, and even have a description that says, 'AC Adapter from Dell™'. But guess what? They just send you the same low-quality generic junk that you can find anywhere else. You might as well shop on Wish. Super sketchy, for real.

I’m really glad I chose PCUpgrade to grab a new gaming monitor. First off, their prices are super competitive, and on top of that, the support and tech assistance are just outstanding. I initially ordered a monitor that turned out to be out of stock, but Leo from customer service reached out to me right away and connected me with Stu from the tech team. Outstanding customer support. They reached out to me right after I made my purchase to inform me about a stock problem, assisted me in choosing a different item, and set up quick delivery. Super friendly on the phone and they reply to email questions almost right away. This is a prime example of excellent business practices.

Leo provided top-notch guidance and helped me score a graphics card during the massive GPU drought of 2021. Seriously, this was the sole spot where I could snag a solid GPU for 1080p gaming on my kid's first build without getting ripped off! I'd totally come back for more.

This company is just plain untrustworthy and unprofessional. I made an order, and then got a call saying they were out of stock. Just 10 minutes later, I looked at their website and saw they had jacked up the price a lot and still claimed it was available. Why not just be straight with customers instead of lying? I won't be buying from them again.
